I've taken a colorful approach to a new, untitled body of work. Perhaps I may change my mind. Time away from a photographic moment offers me a clearer perspective. Like a pie freshly baked, one must let it cool off before it can be consumed. I captured these images from commercial plane at sunset. A haze filled the mountainous valleys–a dreamy stillness permeated the horizon.
The desert is quite beautiful on the ground. From the sky, the desert doesn't look familiar to me.
I'd like to share some of my thoughts on this small sampling of photographs but I'm more interested in yours.
